Use of the service

The Digital Binder helps you track a Magic: The Gathering collection, build decks, follow card prices, and set price alerts. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

You must not scrape the site, automate bulk requests, attempt to access other users' data, or otherwise abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to that email account secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.
• We may suspend or disable accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your content

The collection data, decks, and notes you enter are yours. You can export your collection as a CSV at any time, free of charge.

If you make a deck public, you allow us to show it, with your username, to anyone who has its link.

Plans and payments

The Digital Binder is currently free. Free accounts can hold up to 5,000 cards in their collection.

If we introduce paid plans, their prices and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe, and payments will be processed by Stripe. Support through Patreon is voluntary, handled under Patreon's terms, and does not by itself unlock features unless we say so.

Price data accuracy

Prices come from third-party sources (including MTGJSON, TCGplayer, Card Kingdom, Cardmarket, and Mana Pool) and are updated about once a day, so they may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Collection values, condition adjustments, price movers, arbitrage, and buylist figures are estimates. They are not financial advice and not an offer to buy or sell. Check prices with the store before you trade.

Price alerts

Alerts are checked against our daily price data and sent by email. We do our best to deliver them, but alerts can be delayed or missed, and you should not rely on them for time-sensitive trades.

Store links

Buy links and deck shopping links take you to third-party stores. Some are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for those stores, their listings, or their prices.

Intellectual property

Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, symbols, and rules text are property of Wizards of the Coast. Card images and data are provided by Scryfall. The Digital Binder is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, we will revise the date at the top, and continuing to use The Digital Binder means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

The Digital Binder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including trading or purchasing decisions made using its price data, alerts, or estimates, or loss of data you entered.
